[Feature] Option for stop showing "Searching" when searching.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I search for something, and I see a result and I'm about to click it, the "searching" goes away and the whole list shifts down, and sometimes I click on the wrong thing.

Describe the solution you'd like

Could the search list add upwards so the list doesn't shift down? Results should stay in place so we don't mis-click when it decides to shuffle around.
