I want to use Alchemy + Infura on Opencerts, so I added tests on oa-verify to make sure everything works the same way
As I have no confidence over anything I just run all tests over both infra (one test on infura and same test on alchemy)
Surprisingly it worked.
Eventually we dont need to merge, but if no objection, will merge after review :P
