Collecting log files for Outlook Add‐ins issues

- Launch Browser
- Open Dev Tools
- Navigate to Network Tab
- Login to Outlook by navigating to outlook url
- Repro your scenario in Outlook Web
- Export har file from Devtools
- Navigate to console tab. Copy all the details into console log, and save to a text file
- Send the har file, and console log along with other details.
- Run the following command, which will open New Outlook along with Devtools
olk.exe -devtools
- Navigate to Network Tab in Devtools
- In "New Outlook" Repro your scenario
- Export har file from dev tools
- Navigate to console tab in dev tools window. Copy all the details into console log, and save to a text file
- Send the har file, and console log along with other details
- Repro the issue
- Within Outlook for iOS and Android's settings, tap Help & Feedback.
- Tap Collect Diagnostics. Collect Diagnostics will capture data from Outlook for iOS and Android, Authenticator, and the Company Portal and upload all the relevant logs to Microsoft.
- Tap Get Started.
- Tap Upload Outlook Logs (iOS) or Collect Logs (Android).
- Share the incident ID
- Re-launch Outlook
- Repro the issue
- Click on Help->Collect Diagnostics
- Share the incident ID
