This PR was generated with the following commands:

$ oca-gen-addon-readme --convert-fragments-to-markdown --org-name OCA --repo-name rest-framework --branch 16.0 --addons-dir . --gen-html
$ pre-commit run -a
$ oca-gen-addon-readme --convert-fragments-to-markdown --org-name OCA --repo-name rest-framework --branch 16.0 --addons-dir . --gen-html

The double readme generation is because pre-commit modifies the markdown files produced by the rst to markdown conversion.
