Leather scraps drop from several mobs upon killing them. Similar to rabbit hide, it is used to craft leather. It can be disabled in the config, which prevents it from being dropped, obtained from smelting rotten flesh/rotten flesh block, and being crafted into leather.

Leather scraps can drop from these mobs:

  • Pigs (1-2)
  • Sheep (1-2)
  • Wolves (1-2)
  • Polar Bears (1-3)
