Finalize 1.1 release
This release ensures compatibility with the latest libcanbadger and CANBadger Server releases
It enhances the Settings feature and includes everything from 1.1rc1
In particular, you can easily configure the CANBadger's IP address from the SD card (or choose DHCP).
If you upgrade and don't touch that setting, it will default to using DHCP.
