microbin: import few fixes from PRs

• Minor fixups szabodanika/microbin#211
• Fix MICROBIN_ETERNAL_PASTA szabodanika/microbin#215
• Fix raw pastes returning 404 szabodanika/microbin#218

Upstream seems inactive for now and these patches are fixing bugs that aren't just some edge cases.
