How-to-install-wannier90.2.1.0-with-VASP.5.4.4

This article is written to help you configure your Wannier90.2.1.0(I don't try other version,but it should be at the same method) and build productivity quickly. If your calculation need put in SOC(Spin orbital coupling),the low version such as 1.2.0 is not supported.
