Fixed NexusForever#418 to work with current code. Changed references to others managers in SpellManager to dependency injection instead of referencing the singletons. Known bug: Selecting an AMP provided ability in the AMPs window does grant the ability, however it will not show up in the action set builder until after relogging.

At the very least, this has been tested with granting Spectral Swarm as an ability for Esper.
