Created basic Contributing guide, still needs images and proofing
Clarified language, improved organization, proofed some step-by-step information, and added first image.

@MarkEHenderson I intend to make one more push before review. I don't mind a review without the images ready but I need to push one last revision with game-specific contribution help (e.g. ModDB). Work's been grinding me down but I'll try to prioritize this to have it ready in the next two weeks. |
