within 20-30 minutes of match time allow the captains and founders of the participating teams in the match to "check-in" - works as a ready up process to show admins and the opposing team that you're ready to start.
If the team is not ready because they need a sub, they can signify that when they check in, and the system can show the free agents for the league.

Must include...
option to specify a substitute is required
option to specify the team is ready to play without a sub
option to request forfeit match (won't forfeit the match, but will notify admins that they wish to forfeit)
