Adds LHD path remapping for new SAM x El Rail and SAM x Monorail crossings.
Adds shadow remapping for SAM x El Rail crossings.
Explicit shadow remapping is not necessary for SAM x Monorail as the monorail crossing shadow remapping is handled by RUL flag based "edge remapping", which cannot be used for El Rail as those shadows would also be added to the ground level GLR override network.
