I turned on code scanning, but it's running on every commit and it's quite slow - Python takes ~9 minutes to run.
I've now turned it off again and chosen advanced, which auto-generates a GitHub Actions workflow YAML file, included in this PR.
We can now at least only run the code checks if Python / javascript code is edited in a commit or PR, hopefully speeding up at least docs-only changes.
