BitBay-ticker

BitBay ticker in several implementations GTK and CLI interfaces, both can be used with same JSON local database. To reduce unnecesary requests for BitBay API i use minimal interval for requests. You can override this with force paramether or set to lower value in bitbay.py file. QPython wersion for Mobile QPython implementation with very small functionality is also available!
