Description of Almuntada .

Almuntada is the largest Arab academic forum that unites academics from the Arab population in various fields. Almuntada is based on the development of the failure of the Arab population while maintaining partnership and exchanging knowledge and finding opportunities. It also gathers a huge knowledge base for all academic activities. Almuntada is a reference for the next generation that desires a higher academic education

The Target of The Project.

The application allows users to search and find academic people by profession or by place of residence, information podcasts related to the academy.

Basic Requirements

Functional

  1. Contact Us Forum .
  2. Search Functionality: 2.1 By Area . 2.2 By Academic Field
  3. The Application by default begins with Arabic language , and support 2 other languages , English and Hebrew .
  4. The Application will be available for Android & IOS .
  5. Fill the registration forum .

Non-Functional :

  1. Design: The design of the application should be easy on the eyes and easy to navigate between menus 2.security: only the administrator can enter the application to make changes,and the data just the admin can do changes in it , so there must be some kind of security
  2. The logo of the association: as it symbolizes and expresses the association, and this is a way to distinguish it, and it is a formal thing that does not affect the effectiveness of the application

Name : Search for Academics

Brief Description : The user wants to search for academics based on their study field or area.

Actor : User

Pre-Conditions :

  • The user has access to a device with an internet connection.
  • The user has navigated to the search page.

Basic Flow :

  • The user navigates to the search page.
  • The user enters their search criteria, either by study field or area.
  • The system validates the search criteria.
  • The system retrieves a list of academics matching the search criteria.
  • The system presents the list of academics to the user.
  • The user can click on an academic's name to view more information about them.
  • The system presents the user with the academic's contact information, research interests, and publications.
  • The user can go back to the list of academics or refine their search criteria.

Post-Condition :

  • The user is presented with a list of academics matching their search criteria.
  • The user can view more information about each academic, such as their contact information, research interests, and publications.

Use case .

Name : Fill Registration Form

Brief Description : The user wants to fill out the registration form with their personal details to create an account in the application.

Actor : User

Pre-Conditions :

  • The user has access to a device with an internet connection.
  • The user has navigated to the registration page.

Basic Flow :

  • The user navigates to the registration page.
  • The user is presented with the registration form. The user enters their personal details, such as their name, email address , and any other required fields. The system validates the user's input.
  • If the user's input is invalid (e.g. missing required fields, incorrect format), the system displays an error message and prompts the user to correct their input.
  • Once the registration form is submitted successfully, the system displays your application has been sent to the admin .

Post-Condition :

  • The forum will be sent to the admin to approve or decline it .
