a repository for blog images (instead of using AWS S3)

In order to make the sorting of images easier, please use the following naming conventions:

For images used in blogs: missingmaps-blog_YEARMMDD_description. For example: missingmaps-blog_20150915_banner.jpg

For images used in guides: ShortenedNameOfGuide_Language_description. For example: AdvJOSM_ES_05_BuildingTools.jpg
