J'ai généralisé ça sous forme d'une fonction dans un SupportAppController qui lit les données de la table settings_support qui peut être modifiée depuis le panel admin. Pour l'instant, le message est envoyé seulement quand un ticket vient s'ouvrir. Ce sera à la personne qui le souhaite d'ajouter le système sur les autres actions
