Adding a note that points out that you'll need to have prior access to the unmanaged directory if you're attempting to do an internal takeover. Otherwise, you'll need to perform an external takeover. The documentation doesn't specifically point this out, leaving some folks to believe they can somehow create an account using an unmanaged/unverified domain and subsequently gaining admin access via PowerBI.
