Changes:

1. final taxonomy names that are unclassified appear as "unclassified.ParentName" instead of "unclassified"
2. A version of silva 138 with manually adjusted cyano genus names (strain IDs removed and put under species)
3. removed dependency on reshape package, which is no longer supported. This allows current version of R 4 to be used.
4. Fixed bug that occurred if there were no missing ids in the blast file.

TaxAss Version 2

The major changes since version 1 won't affect users, but mean that old versions of FreshTrain releases will not be compatible with the new scripts that format the general database. However, I made back-compatible versions of the older general database versions, so the older databases can still be used with the FreshTrain. This is because all taxon names that are missing in the general database get uniformly re-named as unnamed.NearestParentName.

For users, the biggest change is that batch scripts are more convenient, there are quick directions at the top of the directions for using them, and the pre-formatted general databases are included in the FreshTrain release folder. All of this should make getting started much easier.

TaxAss Version 1

This is the first version of TaxAss only because I just learned how to use github releases, because there have been several improvements since the publication. However, I am marking this as version 1.0.0 now to differentiate from the upcoming version 2 that has some changes that are not back-compatible.
