Updates:

• Using WebAssembly to read local bam files -- from @robertaboukhalil
• Updated message system to show multiple warnings, instructions, etc. and let the user close them.
• Allow selection of a region from a feature such as genes, repeats, etc. by clicking in the feature table.
• Updated dependencies.
