Install

preferred way: pip install pymzqc (see https://pypi.org/project/pymzqc/1.0.0rc2/)
alternative: pip install -U git+https://github.com/MS-Quality-hub/pymzqc.git@v1.0.0rc2#egg=pymzqc

Changed the structure of the accessories, improved consitency and added merge and info. Available commandline accessories are:

  • mzqc-fileinfo
  • mzqc-filemerger
  • mzqc-validator
