- clarified with screenshot the difference between Bryn and CLIMB notebook
- added intro to interface to highlight snapping capability and some user cases. (some aspects covered in the Jupyter notebooks sections, but some bioinformaticians will just use terminal editors and might do not see the potential)
- Minor fixes on broken links etc
