NOTE We are testing some nf-core pipelines during the nf-core hackathon 2024 and in the next days we would like to add some pipeline specific tutorials, for example on nf-core/ampliseq and test nf-core/taxprofiler and come up with suggestions for /shared/public/ databases to enable it
