Player filtering

Added the ability to filter players by configuration so that they are or are not considered for determining player value

Projections and values

At this point, the pipelines are all set to download data from a couple of sources, clean them up and then create a few features (namely player value).

Super early.

Just need a tag to mark when CBS was played onto the tree
