Supply Chain project is structured in 5 phases:

  • Identification of AS-IS company's Supply Chain Management
  • Market analysis with forecast of demand and capacity growth (provided by the professor)
  • Business understanding to identify problems and solutions
  • Implementation of best 3 solution to solve the company's problem
  • Exposure of the solution to the company through a Video-Presentation
