Copies the
/etc/hostsconfiguration ability from NixOS. This allows users to configure their hosts declaratively.On my system
/etc/hostswas locked, however this appears to not always be the case. I was able to unlock it by runningsudo chflags nouchg,noschg /etc/hosts.
