Minor fixes

Fixes #7 and minor issues.

Fixed support for GA4

This new version supports GA4 and Omeka S 4. No special steps needed to upgrade the module.

Fixes for updating to new Omeka S versions

Now the module won't try to print the tracking code on views with the Migrate controller. This avoids crashes before the database has been updated after an upgrade of Omeka.

Update GA Code Integration

Works with both the new and older version of Google Analytics and Omeka S 3.

Added support for Omeka S 2

Our Google Analytics module now supports Omeka S version 2. Updating this module is mandatory in order to use it with the new version.

Support for site individual tracking code

After this release, sites can be assigned different tracking codes at the site settings page. If none is set, the global setting will be used.
