Added runtime permission requests. (Thank you @SpiritCroc!)

From now on, APK builds will only be provided by F-Droid. Please note that these builds are signed using a key that is different from the one I used in my previous builds. You will need to uninstall my older builds in order to install builds from F-Droid.
