Hi there ๐Ÿ‘‹

Curently

I'm a data scientist/bioinformatician ingeneer at INEM-Institut Necker Enfants Malades :)

Some tasks:

  • I'm working with Single cell data analysis (data preprocessing, downstream analysis)
  • I'm in charge of the bioinformatics hub at the institute
  • I work on cross-disciplinary projects
  • I develop and share analysis methods for the institute (e.g. R Shiny App)
  • Cluster and cloud computing

Before

I was a Data Scientist at Oncodesign Precision Medicine in Dijon, France. My work consisted of implementing and evaluating novel interpretable machine learning approaches to improve the identification of new therapeutic targets for patients resistance to anti-cancer treatment using multi-omics data based on ๐—ข๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ฆ๐—ก๐—œ๐—ฃ๐—˜ยฎ ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ท๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜. I am graduated with a Master's degree in bioinformatics and multi-Omics engineering from the University of Paris-Est Crรฉteil. In this course I learned about bioinformatics and its applications in the health field. My different trainings have allowed me to have a wide range of knowledge in the field of health and environment as well as an integrative vision of different fields for health (One Health concept).

I'm passionate about artificial intelligence, particularly machine learning and its application to health, especially cancer..
