This tool allows you to edit your OEM configuration in the Windows System Properties menu.
You must run this tool as administrator, as editing the registry requires such permission. Once you enter all the data you wish to put, just hit "Apply Changes", and it's done!
If you can work with C# and know what you need, go ahead and do what you need to do.
