WIP. Used for tests.

Checklist

  • Add safe XCM versions (maybe? Is it required?)
  • Add more than a single account with funds (still only 1 tech comm and council) on both KILT and HydraDX -> 169ca66
  • Set up KILT token on HydraDX as part of the storage config
