SPOJ - problem SDITSBST - time 0.04s.

SPOJ - problem SDITSAVL - time 0.45s.

SPOJ - problem ALLIN1 - time 2.17s (with fast input).

Testing on HackerEarth - problem Monk and his Friends - hashing problem, but it's good for testing - time 9.3s 😄. Compare to FCL-STL gset time - 6.4s 💪.
