Now With quickstart (tm)

now: simply run node quickstart.js and answer it's questions. Any field may be left blank, and edited at a later time.

Most of the configuration is done in the config.js file. to begin, copy the config.js.example to config.js. Then edit the variables to match the mysql database and the ip address of the server.

Finaly, the server can be run on a non-default port by first setting the PORT environment variable on linux/unix, or %PORT% on windows
