Folders v001...vXXX contain version XXX of the flow estimation module and the dataset module for reading the data in for that version.
train.py - used for training a model test.py - used for running a model
misc/ - contains code related to things like converting .flo files as images, cleaning up datasets, plotting data, testing various types of errors for a trained model.
