hydronet_check_and_flip-qgis-plugin is a QGIS plugin.
It checks a set of trees that represent hydrographic networks from their outfalls, flipping the arcs, where necessary, to orient them in a hydrological sense.
Use the QGIS Plugins menu to install the Hydronet Check and Flip Plugin (see QGIS manual).
