Andy Godber 11 October 2012 20:30 Having a play:

Jack's code seems to detect all CC transmitters - Optismarts, Clamp transmitters and IAMs.

The Clamp transmitter also identifies up to 3 channels (s0 - s2), for each clamp actually plugged in. .......There may be an additional UID associated with each clamp transmitter, probably the total of all three (will test by applying load to clamps!)

The UIDs for each transmitter seem to be persistent across a power off (battery removal), but not through an 'unsuccessful' pairing (i.e pressing the pair button on the TX, but not on the EnviR) - the UID changes.

Range: it 'feels' (not tested properly) that my Nanode is not detecting all the transmitters - its in the same place as an EnviR, which is seeing more devices than the Nanode. Query: whats the sensitivity of the RFM12 vs the RFM01/02 & sensitivity of Jack's code?
