Find gpx files according to the location where they were recorded.
Target location can be :
- a bounding box (given by http://bboxfinder.com for example)
- a circle
The program searches the directories given as arguments for gpx files that intersect the bounding box or circle.

--radius value radius (in meters) (default: 0)
