To begin working with this template repository, follow these simple steps:

Clone or download this repository to your local machine.

Open Android Studio and select "Open an existing Android Studio project."

Navigate to the location where you cloned or downloaded this repository and select the project folder.

Android Studio will open the project.

Adding a System Image: Before you can run your automotive app in the emulator, you'll need to add a compatible System Image. We recommend using the Polestar System Image. Follow the instructions provided here to locate and add the Polestar System Image or any other System Image of your choice.

Once you have added the System Image, you can select the emulator with the desired configuration to run your app.
