v2.0.0 fldgen

fldgen v2.0.0 adds the capability for joint realizations of two climate variables, such as temperature and pressure, as well as a correction procedure for variables that are not well described by a normal distribution.

This release incorporates bug fixes, simplification, and other methodological improvements as well as input from the final reviewer comments from the following publication:

This is a pre-release. We believe the code and data in the eventual release will be substantially identical to the versions in this pre-release, but this is subject to change based on the outcome of external peer review. The citation information for the package will also be updated in the final v2.0.0 release.
