We identified, reviewed and collated government-published documents that contain resources or guidelines about COVID-19 mitigation relevant to food manufacturing and processing facilities in the United States of America. After the initial collecting and screening of documents, the codebook presented here was created to record each document and to conduct subsequent content analysis.
