Welcome to MineOS wiki. Here you can always find most up-to-date information about system APIs, major changes and new features.

If you're a developer and want to start writing your own MineOS applications as soon as possible, then I'll recommend you to start reading about GUI API for creating interfaced scripts, and then about System API for obtaining localizations, registering your windows and other system integration.

License, personal usage, copy-pasting

In fact, we don’t really care about licensing and own intellectual property. However, it's curious to see how fruits of our labor living and progressing - so MineOS is distributed under the MIT license. It means you are free to use, modify, copy and distribute this project as long as the license/source credits are kept. Or not. Do whatever you want, seriously.

Bug fixes and feature requests

If you've found a bug, please report about it to the issues section. If you can fix it yourself, we'll be happy to see a pull request.

If you need some extra OS features, localizations or default applications - feel free to open issues with your ideas or make pull requests with your own code. Otherwise there's a cool App Market for publishing your creations for everyone.
