The MATLAB .m files in this repository reproduce the figures in the ReScience paper above. Running the Makefile using make all will produce the figures PlotExample.png, PlotPhaseSpaceA.png and PlotPhaseSpaceB.png (Figures 1,2 and 3 respectively in the ReScience paper).
