Scripts for setting up rancher on Ubuntu
Prereqs - Ubuntu Desktop or server with LVM enabled - use LVM scripts on live CD to partiton the VM disk
Step1 - setup docker
Step2 - setup RKE user and ssh passthru
Step3 - download RKE, create single node yml file and install
step4 - add cert-manager, install
step5 - add rancher to helm and deploy for 1 replica
step6 - add hosts entry for rancher
