Add a third date to config for projection, in addition to start_date or end_date
gempyor should optionally use this third date to generate lenghtly projection
filter_MC should ask for that on the last iteration of the last block (and force accept ? how does that work=

Question:

Do we want the new date to be the end of data-range date ? or the end of projection date ? What should we call it ?
