List off all patches needed for optimizing android on Motorola Razr I, XT890, SMI.

clean_up_patches.sh = Clean repository's of applied patch

apply_patch.sh = Patch repositorys with *.patch in the underlying folders. Will automatically start with the build commands or needs to be executed from the source tree if doing it manually
