- GFF3s: annotation files, including WormBase/WormBase ParaSite whole-genome annotation files and community annotation edit logs that are (potentially) not yet included in WormBase/WormBase ParaSite.
- Gene_History: tab-separated file tracking gene name and ID changes, including merged, split, or renamed genes.
