First Compilation

Compiled on Windows 10 using MinGW. Includes a test file, although it's encoded in UTF-8, so the output looks like garbage. Perhaps using a file encoded in GBK would look correct, but not sure how to save one. Verification that it works correctly on a GBK-encoded machine would be appreciated.
