PySoar automates the analysis of glider competitions. It starts with a Soaring Spot URL and delivers a spreadsheet as output.

An example analysis is provided for this competition day:
Stand alone versions for Windows, Mac and Linux are available under releases.
Apart from Excel/Open Office for viewing the spreadsheet, no extra software is needed.
The following limitations are (currently) in place:
- no restart after 1st turnpoint
- no penalties for missing turnpoints -> outlanding
- no multiple start points
Executables are built using github actions. See .github/workflows/main.yml for the steps taken
- everything merged in development
- add version number in
CHANGES.mdand change version number insettingsClass.py - commit on developent, merge development in master and tag on master
- download zips from pipeline and create release from the tag
