Installation:

• Download Ultimate-ASI-Loader.zip
• Extract dinput8.dll to GTA IV Complete Edition root folder
• Extract IV.EFLC.ColAccel.asi from the archive below to GTA IV Complete Edition root folder or plugins folder (create if doesn't exist)

IV.EFLC.ColAccel v1.4 (for versions 1.0.8.0 and below)
