A big old update:

• Restructured the project to be more human friendly.
• Added a Makefile with a bunch of convenience calls.
• Migrate Bot and Web to use PostgreSQL.
• Refactored the Web to be more clean and update a bunch of API endpoints.
• Refactored the Bot slightly to account for a potential remote socket disconnect from Twitch 🤞.
• Various updates to documentation.
• Include ability to separate the Chrome Extension from betting vs just getting the data.
• Introduce ability to disable the Chrome Extension entirely.
• Remove the flawed upset betting algorithm.
• Dockerfile and compose file improvements.
• Introduce a more user friendly local development environment (less grunt work).
